SOUND BATH

What is Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a meditation where the teacher uses ancient methods and instruments developed by Tibetan monks. The sound waves emerging from Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and percussion instruments have a healing effect on your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

Sound Baths are also known as "effortless meditation", they are performed as the practitioner lays down in savasana or sits up in a comfortable position. The practitioner focuses on their breathing, while being bathed in the calming sound vibrations of the instruments. These healing vibrations allow the body to release stress and tension as well as cleanse its cells as the practitioner emerges from the Sound Bath feeling fresh and anew.

By making Sound Baths a frequent practice you may experience long-term results such as reduced blood pressure, improved digestive health and less discomfort in your physical body.  Sound Baths can also help combat issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and insomnia.
