- Is there a free trial period?
Every plan has a free trial period in the WAW Lifestyle app. After that, you will be charged for your current plan.
- How do I cancel my membership in the app?
On iOS app go to menu on the top right and then tap on Subscriptions. Scroll to your current plan and tap on Manage Plan.
It will take you to the AppStore’s Subscription location. Turn off the Renewal Receipts button.
On Android app go to menu on the top right and then tap on Subscriptions. Scroll to your current plan and tap on Manage Plan.
It will take you to the Android’s Subscription location. To cancel the Subscription just tap on Cancel Subscription button.
- How do I download workouts for offline access?
You can download workouts in the WAW Lifestyle app. To do this, simply open one of your preferred workouts, select the relevant stage, and touch the cloud icon on the right.
- Is my personal data shared?
With WAW Lifestyle, your personal data is completely safe. None of your data in the application is shared with any other institution or organization. Your information is submitted to you for evaluation.
- If my smartphone battery runs out during class, will I miss that class?
Depending on which class feature you may be using on the app! For live classes, group classes or one to one classes, you will miss these classes as they are either happening live or with a teacher present. However if you choose to practice a pre-recorded class by your favourite school or teacher, then you can access it again from our video library.
- May I pay through Paypal to become a member?
To become a member of the WAW Lifestyle application, payments can be made by credit card, ApplePay or Google Play.
- Classes for free without becoming a member?
You can join some free classes without subscribing to the WAW Lifestyle app. Presently, while in beta testing, you can also enjoy Live classes broadcasted daily.
